This capacitive bevel cutting clearance sensor system allows non-contact and precise bevel cutting when using cutting machines equipped with Oxy-Fuel torches and built-in torch lifters and offers a high quality dry cut. The bevel sensor measures the clearance to a metallic work piece using a capacitive measurement. It can be used in conjunction with the well proven IHT CSC 500 sensor system or the M 4000 ISC torch lifter.
