This robust machine integrates our APC system with two Autogen stations, offering customers a reliable cutting process. Achieve high-quality cuts with good performance and minimal operating costs—all with minimal requirements for operator experience.

The cutting process is completely automatic. Simply select the sheet thickness, load your cutting shape, and you're ready to start. The APC-equipped machine handles everything else. The flame ignites, and the torch automatically moves into position to preheat, pierce, and cut. Gas control, height adjustment, safety features, and cutting charts—everything expertly prepared for you by autogen specialists. It has never been easier.

Autogen cutting can be robotized – not only for heavy-duty tasks in large companies but also for precise and efficient operations in smaller workshops, ensuring high accuracy and reliability. Here is an example of cutting with the APC system integrated into the cobot. APC is the complete package of cutting technology including blue torch and all cutting and gas control-related hardware and the user interface with embedded cutting parameters.

New IHT Product Catalogue has been just released. Go to take your “Ticket to the bright future” from Autogen and Plasma cutting experts from Baden-Baden in Germany.

Catalogue contains main product lines incl. consumables and spare parts.

In cooperation with the pioneer in machine automation, the Wiesbaden, Germany-based company Eckelmann, IHT Automation is now offering the complete integration of the IHT APC system with new operating interface ECO-e into the E°CUT solution package.

We are proud to announce that we have completed all the activities so that our new showroom for Autogen Cutting technology has been officially opened in our facility in Baden-Baden, Germany.

Cutting machine contains latest APC system, a complete Autogen Process Control solution, with two stations. Our Automated Cutting systems will be demonstrated there to our visitors and we plan to use the equipment also for online trainings. Many thanks to our partners who supported us in this project: Basi and GCE for Gases and Central Gas Supply, Kemper for Filter system, and Eckelmann for machine CNC Control.

APC is a fully automatic Oxy-Fuel Process Control System that includes the cutting torch, gas controller, torch height control and the cutting process including the cutting database.
